Key Visual Works for Ethereal Exit Poster ⛲︎

Been working on some visuals for my animation poster. I’m using 3D, Photoshop, Illustrator—and yes, a bit of AI.

I don’t see AI as a magic trick. I see it as a tool that helps me push a look I already have in mind. I animated the entire piece myself from start to finish using 3D software, pulled stills from my own scenes, arranged the layout, outlined the elements in Illustrator, and used AI to add a sense of depth where I wanted it—not to generate the image, but to enhance a direction I’d already built. Then I went back into Photoshop to adjust color, texture, and mood until it felt right.

There’s been a lot of talk around AI lately—even just using it as a tool sparks debate. But honestly, I think the core matters most. There’s a big difference between letting AI make your work and using it within a vision you’ve already crafted. For me, it’s always the latter.

And let’s be real—if you want a good, intentional image, you need to give it a strong input that aligns with your vision. That’s why I always start with my own stills, made from scratch.
